WHAT IS FIRE?

The Fire that is familiar to many people is a chemical reaction that releases light and heat. Given a steady supply of fuel, this exothermic reaction will continue unabated. So fire comes from a chemical reaction between oxygen in the atmosphere and some sort of fuel (wood or any combustible material). For the combustion reaction to happen, you have to heat the fuel to its ignition temperature.

Fire is one of the most important forces in human history. It can destroy a house and all of your possessions in less than an hour, and it can reduce an entire forest to a pile of ash and charred wood. It's also a terrifying weapon, with nearly unlimited destructive power. Fire kills more people every year than any other force of nature.

NUCLEAR FIRE

Then there is a more terrifying fire -- that of the so-called NUCLEAR FIRE. Nuclear fire is a result of nuclear fission or fusion processes. The Sun and Stars are functioning with nuclear fire due to FUSION, while our nuclear power plants and nuclear weapons produce nuclear fire via the FISSION process.

Earth, water and air are all forms of matter -- they are made up of millions and millions of atoms collected together. Fire is something completely different. Fire isn't matter at all. It's a visible, tangible side effect of matter changing phase or form.

WHAT GOD SAYS

For fire has been kindled because of My anger and burns to the depths of Sheol; it devours the land and its produce, and scorches the foundations of the mountains.  (Deu 32:22)

I will punish you according to what you have done--this is the LORD's declaration. I will kindle a fire in its forest that will consume everything around it.'" (Jer 21:14)

The arrogant will stumble and fall with no one to pick him up. I will set fire to his cities, and it will consume everything around him." (Jer 50:32)

You will be fuel for the fire. Your blood will be spilled in the land. You will not be remembered, for I, the LORD, have spoken. (Eze 21:32)

The land is scorched by the wrath of the LORD of Hosts, and the people are like fuel for the fire. No one has compassion on his brother. (Isa 9:19)

Is it not from the LORD of Hosts, that the peoples labor only to fuel the fire and countries exhaust themselves for nothing? (Hab 2:13)

...My decision is to gather nations, to assemble kingdoms, in order to pour out My indignation on them, all My burning anger; for the whole earth will be consumed by the fire of My jealousy. (Zep 3:8)

Who can stand before his indignation? and who can abide in the fierceness of his anger? his fury is poured out like fire, and the rocks are thrown down by him. (Nah 1:6 KJV)

For as thorns are woven together, and as their drunkards are drunken, they shall be devoured like stubble fully dry.

You will conceive chaff; you will give birth to stubble. Your breath is fire that will consume you. (Isa 33:11)

The peoples will be burned to ashes, like thorns cut down and burned in a fire. (Isa 33:12)

You will make them burn like a fiery furnace when you appear; the LORD will engulf them in His wrath, and fire will devour them. (Psa 21:8-9)

Let burning coals fall upon them: let them be cast into the fire; into deep pits, that they rise not up again. (Psa 140:10 KJV)

Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; As the vine tree among the trees of the forest, which I have given to the fire for fuel, so will I give the inhabitants of Jerusalem. (Eze 15:6 KJV)

AS GOD CREATED THE SUN TO BLESS MAN, HE WILL ALSO USED IT TO CURSE AND PUNISH MAN FOR INGRATITUDE AND IDOLATRY!

And the fourth angel poured out his vial onto the sun. And it was given to him to burn men with fire. (Rev 16:8 MKJV)

And I will set my face against them; they shall go out from one fire, and another fire shall devour them; and ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I set my face against them. (Eze 15:7 KJV)

But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a rushing noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat. And the earth and the works in it will be burned up. (2Pe 3:10 MKJV)

Then, all these things being about to be dissolved, what sort ought you to be in holy behavior and godliness, looking for and rushing the coming of the Day of God, on account of which the heavens, being on fire, will melt away, and the elements will melt, burning with heat? (2Pe 3:11-12 MKJV)
