On the other hand, EL NIÑO strike the Earth with Extreme Heat, Lack of Rain, Drought, and Wildfires.

The equatorial waters of the Pacific Ocean have made the transition from the warming flow, known as El Niño, to its cooler cousin, La Niña, NASA scientists report.
Because the height of the surface is an indicator of how much of the sun's heat is being stored in the upper ocean (warmer waters tend to expand, increasing sea surface heights), scientists were able to calculate the change in ocean temperature from satellite data collected over a 10-day period in early September.
La Niña ocean conditions often follow an El Niño episode, and the two systems are essentially two sides of the same coin — El Niño the warm side, La Niña the cool side.
During a La Niña episode, trade winds are stronger than normal, and the cold water found along the west coast of South America extends to the central equatorial Pacific.
La Niña episodes change global weather patterns. They are associated with less moisture in the air, resulting in less rain along the coasts of North and South America and the equator, and more rain in the far western Pacific. Lower rain amounts can have a significant impact on already water-starved areas.
Patzert said that this La Niña could deepen the drought in the already parched Southwest "and could also worsen conditions that have fueled Southern California's recent deadly wildfires."

ALL HUMANISTIC SOLUTIONS TO CLIMATE CHANGE ARE GUARANTEED TO FAIL AND WILL WORSEN THE CRISES!

So, Man has his many Climate Change conferences, meetings, scientific researches & climate studies, and oganizations dealing with this grievous global crisis. Solutions, such as, Financings, Man-made Laws and Regulations, New Technologies (Carbon Capture, Renewables, etc.), and other humanistic solutions are being offered and discussed.
But the hard truth is that ALL these human solutions
are guaranteed to fail because Mankind does not include the SPIRITUAL
SOLUTIONS, which are the only effective solutions to all Global Crises
today. Even those Planting of Trees are NOT solutions; they are only for showoff in the media.
THE RIGHT SOLUTIONS TO EL NIÑO AND LA NIÑA
1. We must humble ourselves and admit our disobedience to God's Laws.
2. Then, in prayer, we must sincerely repent and ask God for His Forgivenss.
3. Next, we must turn from our Evils Ways, and return to God.
Only AFTER doing the above 3 steps, then the technical, intellectual, legal, and financing solutions are assured of success.
- If I close the sky so there is no rain, or if I command the grasshopper to consume the land, or if I send pestilence on My people, and My people who are called by My name humble themselves, pray and seek My face, and turn from their evil ways, then I will hear from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land. (2Ch 7:13-14)
